In-Person & Virtual Therapy

If you'd like to sit on a couch and share space, I have a place for you. My office is located in Uptown Phoenix.

If you prefer to stay in your cozy clothes, avoid a drive, or make a therapy appointment happen on your lunch break – I’ve got you. Telehealth appointments are super convenient and easy to provide. Or if you’d like to bounce back and forth from in-person to virtual over time, you’re allowed to do that too!

EMDR for Trauma & Anxiety

My counseling approach is rooted in a Biblical worldview, which means I believe in the power of Grace, redemption, and the Master Designer of our amazing bodies!

The body is incredible - and it knows how to heal itself. Just think – when was the last time you had to tell that cut on your finger to heal or that stress sore in your mouth to clear? Your body is powerful! And so is your brain.

That’s why Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is my favorite approach to counseling. Instead of using talk therapy and coping skills to address symptoms, EMDR helps the brain reduce the disturbance from trauma by reprocessing memories. In short, EMDR works to get to the root of beliefs and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.

When I first learned about EMDR, I was skeptical, but I’ve experienced healing from it first hand and now it’s my go-to with clients. By the way ... EMDR is the Gold Standard protocol for PTSD. It’s good stuff!

Career Consulting

We spend the majority of our waking hours at work, so selecting a career that is fulfilling and energizing is worthy of your time and efforts. If you aren’t on the “right bus” – and in the right seat on that bus, you’ll soon find yourself discouraged, daunted, and disengaged.

Let’s identify your hard-wired motivations and drives for work, couple them with alignment between employer/employee values, and you’ll have the key ingredients for charting the course toward a rewarding and challenging career!

Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In that response lies our growth and freedom.
